The Ha Long Bay Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay during my city break.
While there were many positive aspects to my stay, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The wifi connection in the hotel was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a great time! the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.
The Wi-Fi could have been stronger in the rooms, but it worked fine in the lobby. some of the fixtures in the bathroom were a bit outdated, but it didn't affect the functionality.

the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms made for a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including an egg station, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our visit.
